Alexx Elliott serves as the Funding Coordinator at Your Legacy Legal Care®, bringing 14 years of experience in financial institutions and a genuine heart for helping clients to her role. Funding — the process of properly retitling assets and accounts so a client’s estate plan actually works the way it’s intended — is one of the most important, and most often overlooked, steps in estate planning. Alexx makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

She approaches every client relationship with organization, patience, and care, guiding families through each step of the funding process and making sure every account, deed, and beneficiary designation is handled properly from start to finish. Her background in financial institutions gives her a practical, detail-oriented perspective that helps clients feel confident their trust is fully and correctly funded — not just signed and set aside.

Outside the office, Alexx enjoys getting lost in a good book, practicing yoga, and attending live performances. At home, she stays busy with her two children and her two dogs, Kirk and Spock — who, like their namesakes, each have very distinct personalities.
