The Grand Baby Project is a 5013(c) non-profit organization that delivers life-like therapy dolls to Seniors suffering from Dementia for comfort, companionship, and purpose. We also offer innovative and engaging Senior Living staff training on the use of diversion techniques utilizing our dolls. “My work with the elderly started with caring for my sweet grandmother, Ruby Sims who suffered from Dementia. The days were hard and long but love-filled. My grandmother loved designer clothes, designer dogs, big bold jewelry, vanilla ice cream, and pedicures…but most of all she loved her
grandbabies! In the end, it was simply a baby doll that brought her comfort, during times of agitation and extreme confusion.”
