About David:
David Gober is the founder of Capstone Hospice and the co-founder of four other companies providing senior services in the greater Houston metro area. He and his wife, Kate Gober, RN, have been serving seniors through Fairbanks Court Assisted Living and Memory Care for over nine years.
Fairbanks Court is a niche provider of end-of-life care in a home-like environment. As an Assisted Living Director David has sat at the bedside of over 100 dying persons, and in 2021 he applied that experience to the initiation of Capstone Hospice.

David previously left a 12-year career in the energy sector as a Chemical Engineer to pursue a career in senior care. “We received an undeniable calling from above to leave a prosperous but ultimately unfulfilling corporate job and move into the world of entrepreneurialism and the service industry. As it strange as it may sound, I can’t imagine a more difficult road, and yet it was the greatest decision we could have made.” To David, God has placed him in the path of families in need, and to serve every family with patience and compassion is his personal ministry.
Both Fairbanks Court and Capstone Hospice are located in Northwest Houston and are well known for highly attentive and personalized care.
